Elgar Physio is an independent Physiotherapy & Sports Massage Clinic based in Wooden Hill, Bracknell. The Clinic is owned and run by Matt Elgar, Chartered Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy MCSP SRP MCThA.

Physiotherapy Treatments are evidence-based and may include joint mobilisations, manipulations, muscular release, stretching, deep massage, kinesiotaping, Low Level Laser Therapy, and of course strengthening, stretching, and postural advice.

I am one of a dozen or so Physiotherapists in the entire UK trained in PIM Physio, a mechanically assisted joint mobilisation technique. 

Elgar Physio is easy to get to, either from The Crowthorne Road A3095 (near The Golden Retriever on Nine Mile Ride), or by driving through Great Hollands and out the other side. Parking is free and finding a space is easy - please contact me for exact directions and address.
