Matt prefers to have an initial conversation with all patients before booking in an appointment, therefore the receptionist will not be able to book an appointment into his diary. If he is unavailable, please leave a message and he will get back to you as soon as he can. That may be between patients or at the end of the day, but will always be on the same day as your call. If it is urgent please indicate this and he will try and call back asap.
